Andra Morgan, Broker

TOPGUN'S real estate broker, Andra Morgan, has spent more than twenty years living in the greater Pensacola area and has been a local real estate agent/broker for a number of years. Previously, Andra led a distinguished career as a Certified Public Accountant and served as CFO for a private company.

Andra has been designated as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). She is a Short Sales specialist
.

She is a Certified Residential Specialist, a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, a member of Florida Association of Residential Property Managers, the Pensacola Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, an RPAC Capitol Club Member and is a recipient of the coveted TOPGUN Award for Sales, presented by the Women's Council of Realtors. She earned a B.S. in Business Accounting from Indiana University.

She is additionally a member of the Pensacola Yacht Club and the Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church.

John "Jack" Williams, Broker Associate

A Pensacola native, John “Jack” Williams graduated from Pensacola Catholic High School before going onto college at Florida State. He got his real estate license in 1984, and has been a broker since 1987.

Jack is the General Manager and part owner of Seville Quarter. He is on the board of Manna Food Pantry and Gulf Coast Community Bank. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Pensacola and the  Military Affairs Committee of Pensacola Chamber, and works with a number of local charities.

Robert “Bob” Breathitt, Real Estate Sales Associate

Robert (Bob) Breathitt is a graduate of The University of Kentucky. He moved to Pensacola Beach in 2000 and received his Real Estate License the same year. Since 2000, he has relocated to the Perdido Key area and happily with both buyers and sellers in both Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties.

Bob Breathitt is a Certified Distressed Property Expert(CDPE) and he specializes in short sale properties.

Stan Golanka, Real Estate Sales Associate

Stan has had an interest in Real Estate almost his whole life. He originally obtained a Florida Realtor License in 1986.
He received a BS in engineering from Purdue University and an MS from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA.
Stan retired from the Navy as a Commander after an exciting career as a Naval Aviator and still loves to talk about aviation.
After retiring from the Navy, he taught at Robert Morris University. Stan was then employed by the Boeing Company as a Customer Field Engineer. This position satisfied his wanderlust and enabled him to travel and work with several airlines. He was selected to open the Warsaw office and introduce the Boeing airplanes to LOT Polish Airlines. What was to be a short assignment lasted over 12 satisfying years. He was named the Boeing Ambassador to Poland by Boeing Management.
After retiring from Boeing, he and his family returned to Pensacola.
His goal is to provide the best possible service to TOPGUN customers.

Whit Johnson, Real Estate Sales Associate

Originally from Connecticut, Whit entered the Navy in 1952 as a Naval Aviation Cadet. He retired here in Pensacola in 1975 holding the rank of Commander and designation of Naval Aviator. Whit has earned a Master of Science degree in Human Development from Troy State University. Whit entered the Real Estate field in 1988 and specializes in residential sales. He is an avid sailor, and he and his wife, Carol, thoroughly enjoy traveling and living in the Florida Panhandle. As a past Pensacola mayor once said: "Welcome to the western gate to the Sunshine State where thousands live and millions wish they could." Welcome Aboard.

Candace Mitchell, Real Estate Sales Associate

Originally from Delaware, Candace has lived in Pensacola since 1994. She graduated from the University of West Florida in 1997 with a BS in Environmental Studies and in 2003 she earned her MPA – Public Administrator, also from UWF.

Candace has been a realtor since 2004, and has spent most of those years working with Andra Morgan. Candace specializes in First Time Home Buyers, and prides herself on her strong communication and attention to detail.

Candace is married to a local business owner, and is the proud mother of two beautiful boys. She loves the beautiful Pensacola coastal environment, enjoys an active lifestyle, and loves animals (especially dogs). She is active in The First Tee of Northwest Florida, a local non-profit.

Donna Reeves, Real Estate Sales Associate

Originally from the D.C. Metro Area and inspired by a business oriented family, Donna has enjoyed an extensive real estate faceted career.  After attending Montgomery College in a business curriculum and achieving Dean's list recognition, her early interests for 6 years included coordinating closings for a real estate attorney in Rockville, MD, then in the Silver Spring branch of Equitable, a D.C. based savings & loan, as an Executive Secretary to the President and then mortgage loan processor, and finally for Government Services Savings & Loan in Bethesda as a loan originator and staff supervisor for VA, FHA, & Conventional loans for MD, DC and VA. 

In Denver, Donna worked 16 years for the prestigious Dallas based Trammell Crow Company, a national private investor-builder which ranked in the Top 10 on the Forbes Best Companies list.  From Office Liaison with the Dallas office  to Regional Administrative Manager for the Southwest Region, Donna coordinated the hiring of staff, office moves, creating office and property budgets, hiring and supervising accounting personnel for common area management, provided documentation to the lenders, attended construction and permanent loan closings ranging from $2-$27 million for over 50 limited partnerships for new industrial, retail and commercial properties for Denver totaling over 6,500,000 sq ft in property management.  Eventually the Denver office was named Southwest Regional office and with the Regional Manager oversaw administration of construction, leasing and property management reporting of properties in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Phoenix, Tucson, Salt Lake City and warehouse construction projects on the Mexico border.  

 Donna obtained a Colorado Real Estate sales license in 1992 and expanded her career for 4 years in Denver to manage two office buildings, one in the Denver Tech Center owned by Dow Chemical and the other on the downtown Pedestrian Mall  including Social Security Administration as the major tenant plus a retail food court, and two large shopping centers as the sole representative for PM Realty, a Houston based property management company and ranked 4th largest apartment manager in the nation. 

A 1996 move to Pensacola, a Florida Real Estate sales license and membership in the Pensacola Association of Realtors (PAR), took Donna in a different direction of selling new homes for two different builders for 4 years, membership in the Northwest Florida Home Builders Association and participation in the annual Parade of Homes.  The next logical step was to enter general real estate at Baars Realty in 2002, membership in the Women's Council of Real Estate (WCR) and achieved million dollar producer awards for 2003-2006.  She joined the PAR Navy Housing Committee in 2007 to volunteer at the Navy Housing Office aboard NAS and was awarded Volunteer of the Year for 4th Quarter 2009.  Late in 2010 she partnered with Whit Johnson, Realtor, and joined Topgun Property Realty, LLC, in the Sales Department and also arranged showings with customers, particularly military, and rented over 75-80  homes in the Property Management Department.  In 2011 Topgun ranked 7th in leasing at PAR and Broker, Andra Morgan, was awarded Property Manager of the Year for 2011.

 Donna is married to Stephen Grenot, a retired Army photographer/instructor, who has worked at Pensacola Photo Supply for 15 years.  They love the sunny Florida lifestyle with their mothers, participate in Model Train Club shows, enjoy photography and the arts along the coast.

Jenifer Suarez, Real Estate Sales Associate

Jenifer moved to Gulf Breeze from Southern Illinois in 1983. After graduating from Gulf Breeze High School she returned to Illinois where she attended Southeastern Illinois College pursuing a degree in Marketing. Jenifer has been involved in various phases of real estate, including, design, development and sales,  for over 10 years, and has been an agent and member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors for nearly 7 years. For the last three years she has been involved in multiple foreclosure markets across the country in roles such as accounting, administration and investor relationships.

Jenifer has been married to Jerry for three years and is the mother to a beautiful girl, Jordan. She handles investor relations for a national real estate capital fund and is a member of the Concord Presbyterian Church.
